Reservations are required for individuals and groups from Monday to Saturday depending on the schedule . All reservations must be made no later than 72 hours before the date of the visit by e-mail to our Reservation Department.
Visits are in French only.
Photo/video cameras and pets are strictly prohibited on the site.
A photocopy of the identity document is requested on the day of the reservation and an identity document will be required on the day of the visit: valid and original passport or identity card (no digital version on phone or tablet or photocopy on the day of the visit). Please note that driving licenses and residence permits are not accepted.
