Visit the EDF sites - Paluel

EDF, France's leading electricity producer and supplier, invites you to discover electricity and nuclear power. How is electricity produced? How does a nuclear power plant work?

Come and find the answers on site!

Guided tour: EDF's Paluel nuclear power plant (76)

The Paluel nuclear power plant, located on the Pays de Caux coast in the Seine-Maritime département (76), covers an area of 160 hectares between Dieppe and Fécamp. The site is structured around four nuclear power generation units.

A comprehensive tour of this unique site provides an insight into the world of nuclear power generation, its environmental impact and the historical heritage that surrounds it. Themed tours are offered to the general public throughout the year and on special days.

Located at the entrance to the site, the Espace EDF Odysselec at the Paluel power station offers local residents and anyone wishing to find out more about nuclear power generation an original, modern and educational exhibition that is accessible to people of all ages. Our mediator guides are on hand throughout the year to answer your questions. Fun activities are also available on request (treasure hunt, light painting, virtual reality).

During the winter holidays, come and find out more about electricity generation at the Odysselec space at the Paluel power station!

Take advantage of our special Olympic light painting activities! And take advantage of our board games to learn all about energy.
