SETMI (Société d'Exploitation Thermique du Mirail) is a subsidiary of Veolia Recyclage et Valorisation. She is in charge of the operation of the factory which has obtained the triple QSE certification: Quality, safety and environment.

Reservation required for groups and individuals.
Pets are prohibited during the tour.
Minors must be accompanied for the visit.
5 days / 7 days except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Following government announcements and since January 22, 2022, it is mandatory for each visitor to present a Health or Vaccine Pass.
